Wake Up Yoga

Reconnect with your body and create space and peace of mind. The class begins with classical Hatha yoga postures sequenced with a different focus each week. We follow this with Salutes to the Sun and finish with a short pranayama (breathing) practice and meditation. You will leave the class feeling lighter, happier, refreshed and connected to yourself.
We start with a short opening meditation and centering with gentle movement and breath work. Using the rhythm and flow of prana to initiate movement in the body, we enhance energy flow and a steady state of mine. This is followed by a number of floor poses. The class concludes with a guided relaxation and a short meditation. Be curious about your own body and really feel each movement and breath.
