POSTNATAL YOGA – 4 week block – starting 17 November 

This 4 week block provides an opportunity for the mother to nurture herself, rest and restore during the early days of motherhood. We focus on gentle stretches in the shoulders, lower back and hips as well as strengthening the pelvic floor.

The class includes relaxation and gentle breathing which assist with breastfeeding and body’s production of milk.
Suitable from 6 weeks until 12 months after birth, depending on the condition of the mother.

The 4 week block will start on Saturday 17 November from 12.45-1.45pm as is designed for mums only 🙂

Cost: $80 for 4 week block or $23 drop in/ mats included
