Yoga & Meditation 6 Week Course
Mondays at 7.15pm 10 June – 22 July 2019

The course is taught by Rachael Lowe with 12 years of experience in meditation. Each class begins with asana (yoga postures), relaxation, a silent meditation on the heart and a meditation using sound for mental and physiological balance. We will build on these two meditations week by week.
Within the 6 weeks you will learn:
• yoga and meditation you can practice at home
• ability to relax and reconnect to your inner peace
• greater awareness of your body and mind.
